Planning, Moving & Unpacking Your Home
Moving and relocation can be a stressful time. Time For You ORGANIZING will diminish the overwhelming feeling and bring peace of mind. We want your experience to be as stress-free as possible, so we take care of all the details. We will develop a timeline and checklist to streamline the entire moving process. Time For You ORGANIZING is not your typical moving experience. In most cases, we are able to unpack your home in one day. We can customize your plan starting from Declutter Day to Unpack Day based on the client’s budget or needs.
Declutter Day
One or two organizers will go through the home with the client room by room. We facilitate those tough decisions of what you want to move to your new home and what you don’t. This not only saves you money on packing supplies but also the stress of deciding where to put things you no longer want or need. We can recommend resources to get your unwanted items donated, reused, and recycled. A clean, fresh start in your new home will feel tranquil.
Packing Day
Our team lead will manage and coordinate with the moving/packing crew to ensure everything is clearly labeled. This will simplify the moving and unpacking day.
Moving Day
The team lead will work with the moving crew to direct the truck unloading process. By having someone there to assist with proper rug and furniture placement will be a benefit for the floorplan predetermined by the client. Also, the boxes will arrive in the correct rooms, ready for the unpacking team.
Unpacking and Organizing Day
The team will arrive ready to unpack and organize your new home. We will set up your kitchen and pantry, so you can cook in your new space the same day! We will create logical, strategic locations for your items in the bedrooms, closets, laundry room, play areas, and bathrooms. We are happy to shop for organizational products, for your new home to improve functionality. (Extra costs may apply.)
Remodel and Construction
We handle this project very similar to the moving plan. We will clear any unwanted items, suggest resources for donations, and much more. We will work with the moving company and direct the packers to properly label boxes to streamline the process after the remodel. Once the construction is complete, we will unpack and organize, creating systems that fit your new space!
