FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will you make me throw everything away?

No. We believe things that hold special meaning should be honored. We will organize and  help you find a logical home for your cherished items – and we help you sort and determine what is a treasure to you.

Will you think badly of me when you see my home?

No, no judgment at all! We understand that we all have different talent. If your sink was leaking you’d call a plumber and if your house needs a little organization, then you call us to help. Some people get overwhelmed and don’t know where to start. We enjoy helping people find their way.

Will you tell all your friends about my clutter?

No. Confidentiality is very important to us. This is in our Service Agreement as well.

How long will it take to get organized?

After the Consultation, we will review your project and determine a time frame. The key is to “stay organized” – not just “get organized.” This will come with new habits, which we will guide you through.

Do you recycle?

Yes. We will recycle as much as we can.

What will we do with the donate items?

We will deliver your donations to Goodwill, depending on the items. (Whatever fits in our automobile at each visit.) In addition we will mail the donation slip to you.  If you prefer to do this on your own we can assist you with arranging a local company to pick up your items.

Will I have to spend a lot of money getting supplies we need?

No. We will reuse and repurpose as much as possible. If the budget allows then we will have fun shopping for containers and gadgets.

Do you know other services that I may be in need of?

Yes. We have an extensive network of providers and resource list that we gladly share with our clients.
